I’m getting old and fragile,
With my new Sunday schedule.
Routine of mine is changing.
It’s daily getting stranger.
I get up in the morning,
Fight comes without warning.
And, while the break is pending,
Myself I am defending.
Here comes another Sunday,
it will be such a fun day.
With sparring and protecting,
Accordingly reacting.
