Tonight and every Tuesday night,
I’m coming to the bar.
At times, it’s an unpleasant sight,
But, mostly, I’m a star.
To beer, or have another drink,
I don’t ask myself.
I don’t want anyone to think,
I need some extra help.
I quickly come up to the mic,
With poem, or a song.
This lifestyle I really like.
To stage now I belong.
